Both natural birth and C-section moms are suitable!
The first year postpartum is the golden period while "relaxin" is still in the body. However, even 4-5 years postpartum, we still see incredible results.
Recommended start times:
Natural Birth: 1 Month Postpartum | Lochia (postpartum bleeding) has completely stopped.
C-Section: 3 Months Postpartum | Incision is fully healed, and lochia has completely stopped.
Usually 10-15 consecutive days.
**Daily Wear Time:**
At least 6-8 hours a day to give organs enough time to reposition and effectively correct posture/relieve back pain.
**Daily Activities:**
You can move normally while bound. You can remove the cloth yourself once the time is up.
*(Note: Actual sessions depend on your body shape, health, and metabolism.)*
It might be Diastasis Recti!
Abs = Your body's natural corset. When your abs lose their function... 💥 Your lower back takes on all the burden! + Constantly bending over to hold your baby + Overworked lumbar muscles
= Severe back pain and potential muscle strain
Diastasis Recti is when the two main abdominal muscles separate down the middle.
Almost ALL postpartum moms experience this!
Direct impacts 👇
• Weak core muscles
• Lack of support for internal organs
• Affects urination/bowel movements
Diastasis of the Pubic Symphysis occurs when the gap between the two halves of the pelvic bone widens too much. During pregnancy, a hormone called relaxin softens the ligaments to allow the pelvis to expand for childbirth. However, if these ligaments become too loose or the gap exceeds the normal range (typically more than 10mm), it can cause significant pain, instability, and a "grinding" sensation in the pelvic area.
It’s not just fat! Diastasis Recti =
✗ Loose muscles ✗ Stretched fascia
✗ Drooping internal organs ✗ Subcutaneous + visceral fat buildup
This is why a "stubborn mommy pooch" can't be fixed by normal crunches!
For safety, you should temporarily avoid this treatment if you:
* Are currently pregnant or trying to conceive.
* Had a miscarriage within the last 3 months.
* Had a C-section but the wound is not fully healed.
* Have pelvic abnormalities, symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), or spinal abnormalities.
* Are currently on your period.
* Have severe skin conditions (inflammation, eczema, sunburn, severe sensitivity).
* Have metal implants, pacemakers, etc. (since the treatment may use devices with microcurrents).t’s not just fat! Diastasis Recti =
