Rachel has special interest in perinatal and pediatric care and has worked at multiple clinic outreaches such as BC Women's hospital for high risk pregnancy massage. She also has experience working with ADHD, autism, anxiety in children, adolescents and adults.
Rachel has treated various conditions but not limited to headaches, TMJ dysfunction, vertigo, acute or chronic pain syndrome, sleep disorders, motor vehicle and sports related injuries etc. Her treatment modalities include but are not limited to craniosacral therapy techniques, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, deep tissue and Swedish massage.

He loves meeting new patients and enjoys treating the working class population and queer community. With his friendly personality and experiences in life, he is open-minded, compassionate, and tailors his treatments to be personable and patient-centred.
Timmie believes in enhancing his patient's mind and body connection to promote awareness and to live better pain-free. He has experience treating a variety of patients, from motor vehicle accident recovery to athletes with sports related injuries, to people dealing with chronic pain, as well as individuals merely looking to receive a relaxation massage.
Some of the techniques he uses in his treatments are Myofascial release, Active Stretch and Release, Swedish, Deep tissue and Sports-related among others. He also gained valuable experience treating active individuals at Positive Living BC, CrossFit Convention, Sun Run Marathon, BCIT and geriatric patients residing in elderly care homes. He enjoys helping his patients by bringing further awareness to their somatic bodies providing the necessary tools for self-rehabilitation, and will often provide his patients with relevant and achievable home-care exercises for sustainable results.
As a self-made man (transman), he is devoted with his work for the transgender and queer communities. He has deep empathy and compassion for those experiencing body dysphoria and understands how it can really impact one’s ability to live a positive and fulfilling life. His intention is to empower others, heal, and encourage holistic and therapeutic methods for others that may be battling the stigma of body dysphoria. Timmie wants people to own their identities and know that we are all unique in our own way.
On his spare time, Timmie enjoys self-caring, going to the gym, and running. He is a firm believer in maintaining optimal physical health to keep his mind fuelled with positive energy. He is a food lover and dreams of traveling to taste the best cuisines of the world.

As an RMT, he is driven by a strong desire to assist clients in addressing their issues, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting their overall well-being. To achieve these goals, he has amassed a diverse range of effective techniques through his years of experience as a therapist. He possesses extensive expertise in treating issues such as back, shoulder, and neck pain resulting from postural imbalances, prolonged periods of sitting or standing, as well as various sports-related injuries.
Moreover, in 2014, James actively participated in extensive medical relief efforts following a major earthquake disaster in Yunnan. During the three-month rescue operation, he played a pivotal role in helping thousands of disaster survivors markedly improve their ability to survive and enhance their quality of life.
Beyond his professional pursuits, James is an avid enthusiast of hiking and half-marathon running. He has accomplished notable achievements, including the completion of the 2019 Niagara Falls International Half-Marathon, the 2015 Montreal Half-Marathon, and the 2017 Hangzhou Half-Marathon. During his leisure time, he also relishes embarking on hikes to explore the outdoors.

Fighter believes that health and well being of our body are the priorities that people may concern. Being a health care professional has been Fighter’s long wish and everything in his life has led him up to this point. On the other hand, besides techniques and skills, Fighter also believe that good communication skills and passion are important to understand the needs of my patients. As an RMT, Fighter is pleased to work with his patients to achieve their recovery goals.
In treatment, Fighter focuses on deep tissue massage, pain elimination and range of motion restoring. Patients who have any of those conditions shall not miss to see him. He is happy to work with you and try his best to help any time. Before starting the treatment, Fighter will conduct a full assessment for each new patient. It is necessary for him to develop a safe and effective massage treatment. At the end of massage treatment, Fighter will also provide home care activities, which are helpful for his patients to recover to the best health status.
Fighter graduated from Vancouver Career College of RMT program in 2020 and passed the board exam of CMTBC in September the same year. He started his RMT career in Vancouver and Richmond.
In Fighter's spare time, he likes travelling to different countries to broaden his horizons with his family. He also enjoy playing sports like basketball.

Throughout the course of RMT education she got experience of treating sprain, frozen shoulder, headaches/migraine, thoracic outlet syndrome, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, overuse injuries and injuries from poor posture or long hours desk work, any musculoskeletal pain and so on. She is not only good at Swedish massage, but also deep tissue techniques, myofascial and trigger point release, joint mobilizations, PNF techniques, pre/postnatal massage. She believes that the best way of improving massage skills is to practice. She would like to incorporate more techniques into one treatment. And she is driven to learn new

I received my training from Vancouver Career College, where I gained over 300 hours of hands-on experience in the student clinic. This experience allowed me to refine my skills under the guidance of experienced instructors. Additionally, I had the opportunity to extend my expertise through outreach programs, where I provided massage therapy to diverse groups, including residents at retirement centers, SFU athletes, and BCIT students. These experiences enriched my practice and provided a balanced foundation for my professional career.
