Response to CST varies from individual to individual and condition to condition. The number of sessions needed varies widely - from just one up to three or more a week over the course of several weeks.

Is craniosacral therapy right for everyone?

CST can benefit almost everyone. With a few conditions, however, craniosacral therapy may not be appropriate and you’ll need to talk with your RMT.
